Why these colours?
I decided to choose split complementary colours for my website, specifically pastel shades of them, because they add a lively and eye catching touch with a gentle and harmonious vibe.
my background color is a shade of pastel yellow. I chose this colour along with the pink and purple because they highlight the soft but vibrant art of the website

Typography
I chose this font because it matches the vibe of my website because of the pastel color choices and the bright but calm theme of the page.
I used "Gabriela" serif, for my entire website to keep a simplistic profile and common theme. My font is both readable as well as appealing and complements my colour choices well.
