Colour Choices
I chose a sage green, cream and beige because they form an analogus colour harmony that creates a calm and balanced design thats easy to read. These colours are inspired by natural, earthy tones which makes the website feel clean, and welcoming.
For the main colour of my website I chose an earthy sage green. The reason I chose this is because it adds a gentle accent without being too bold. I also chose it because it ties in with the matcha in my picture. The colour chosen, shown below, is #9fac82 or RGB(159,172,130).

To get the lighter brown and cream I used the website
I used the following lighter shade as the main colour for the background.
RGB(244, 233, 215) or #f4e9d7
The third colour, shown below, I chose was a darker beige for accents and also the background.

The only other colour I used was black for the text.
Font Choices
The font I chose was Diphylleia. I chose this because I think its easy to read and It fits the theme of my website with the colours and picture, and gives a calm, clean look without it being too much or too little.
